Problem: The statistical analyses showed that the BAI items were consistent in measuring anxiety symptoms within the employee sample. This suggested that the assessment produced dependable results across the items included in the inventory. The study also provided evidence of validity, mainly construct validity. Factor analysis was used to examine the structure of the BAI and determine whether the items accurately reflected anxiety-related symptoms. The findings supported the use of the BAI as a valid tool for measuring anxiety in working adults.
