Marion is severely dyslexic and has severe difficulty reading. He has experience in operating construction machinery. Bailey construction has an opening for bulldozer operator. Marion attempted to apply for the job. He explained that he was dyslexic and asked to take the application home so his wife could complete it. The HR director refused, saying that it was against company policy and the application has to be completed at the office. Marion then asked that the application be read aloud to him and completed by the HR manager. The manager refused again.
