Many government officials view the RRS as highly visible "report cards" that are reviewed by White House Staff. Which statement do you support (and why)? (A) Departmental officials have an interest in reporting that they are "green to go" as much as possible in order to avoid potential repercussions or (B) It is advantageous to report problems, concerns or deficiencies in order to obtain additional resources to support their COOP efforts.
