Chief Complaint: A 65-year-old Caucasian male presents with complaints of dizziness/lightheadedness. History of Present Illness/Present Problem: The patient reports that he was at his storage unit this morning when he started feeling extremely dizzy and lightheaded. He states he did not lose consciousness or fall, but did have to lean against the side of the storage unit until he "came to". The patient states he then went home, ate some food, and checked his blood pressure. He states his BP was 80/64, which did improve after eating but "only slightly". He also mentions experiencing some nausea which improved along with the lightheadedness following his meal. He denies any accidents or head trauma. He also denies a recent fever, N/V/D, any recent illnesses, being around anyone sick recently, or any travel outside of the country in the last year. He denies chest pain, SOB, or blurred vision, or any s/sx of hypotension at this time. but does confirm some fatigue during his episode this morning. The patient denies adequate fluid intake stating he "has only had 3 cups of coffee today". The patient denies previous similar experiences.
