Problem
May Miller encountered a left hand injury during a car accident and is taken to the OR where she underwent a nerve surgery to try to prevent a claw-hand injury from occurring. The surgeon makes an incision using an operating microscope where an anterior interosseous to ulnar nerve graft is completed without dissection. May is taken to the recovery room is stable condition.
