This essay has to be based on the article that I uploaded. You are suppose to represent the newspaper which is getting sued over an article they have written. I also uploaded two chapters, one that has to do with “defamation” and the other one that has to do with “privacy rights in an open and changing society”. You must ONLY base your ideas from these two chapters. Please do NOT USE OUTSIDE SOURCES, this is not a RESEARCH PAPER. In this essay your not supposed to cite anything, your suppose to read those two chapters that I uploaded and apply to them in the context of the problem, in other words apply the knowledge from those two chapters to the facts in the article. It HAS to be written in THIRD PERSON.
