(choose one or feel free to discuss all areas). Are we capable of self-regulation? How does ethics or morality influence the regulation or deregulation process? Is government intrusion justified? Why or why not?
An important note: Superior papers will cite from a variety of sources, including, periodicals, journals, legal cases, legislative history, current events, the Internet, textbooks, other books, etc.) and will incorporate your personal opinions (if you offer them) based on your research. If you elect to conduct personal interviews, be sure the person you interview provides you with sources for his or her information. Mediocre papers will not offer much support for your opinions and will be less persuasive to your audience (me).
