Problem: However if a worker is working somewhere looking for fulltime employment where the company explicitly stated that there would be there opportunity to transition to full time employment the company should state a time frame in which this should occur in. If the worker is not hired in within the given time frame without a just reason and they are being strung along then this would bring the companies moral principles into question.
