G. In terms of complexity and standard of English should a report be written primarily for professionals and experts or for anyone's understanding? In other words does one need expertise to grasp an investigation report. Explain on your answer.
H. You have a number of photographs that were not available in time when you submitted your report to the client. These now need to be connected with the report as they form part of the evidence. List two ways you could provide the photos to the client by a method that will meet required standards applying to evidence and reports.
I. You have completed your investigation report and it is ready to be sent to the client. Name two ways that it can be sent and how would you ensure that it was received and met legal and/or client guidelines?
J. Explain how you could seek feedback from a client as to the satisfaction they have regarding the investigation or report you have submitted.
K. Investigators will on many occasions be required to store sensitive information and files regarding an investigation prior to it being sent to a client. Please explain the steps you would take to ensure the confidentiality of documents and exhibits you had in your possession.
