(a) Locate a current product in which you have three choices. For example, if I wanted to buy a pen, I could choose from many types (roller, fine point, expensive pens like a "Cross" or Montblanc), some good quality, some ok, some poor.
(b) List the quality attributes that define your product. List similarities and those attributes that discern quality between the three options.
(c) Define the strategy that you would go about to identify customer requirements for the product. What are the needs, expections, etc. How do you assess customer satisfactin for your product.
Keep it simple. A product like a laptop computer might be a bit harder then comparing pens or chairs.
