I. Open Ended Questions
Choose a large company and describe the organizational climate, characteristics, and type. Write 15 open-ended coaching questions to elicit reflections and insights about an organization's climate.
II. Interview
Locate an individual within an organization of your choice with whom you can meet (virtually or in person) to ask your 15 questions to discover the organizational climate, characteristics, challenges, and business type. While the organization does not have to have 1,000 or more employees, it should be a larger organization. Include the organization's name, the number of employees within the organization, who you interviewed, their position within the company, and their length of time at the company.
III. In 1,000 to 1,250 words, compose an analysis of what the climate of that organization might be, based on the responses to the questions asked.
List five strategies to help an individual function within that climate. The strategies need to align with the analysis. Include the 15 questions, when you submit your problem.
