Law of Agency - Lawful Rules
Though the law of agency prescribes the lawful rules to ascertaining as:
(a) How a person possibly will become an agent; and one is
(b) The duties and rights between the principal and the agent;
(c) The relations between the third party and the agent; so then one is
(d) The method in whether the relationship between the agent and the principal may be brought to an end also.
Moreover it should be noted like the relations between the third party and the principal are governed through the ordinary principles of the law of contract there.
