Kilmetric subsidies a sub-agency of the united nations

Kilmetric Subsidies, a sub-agency of the United Nations Agricultural Outreach Program employs Host Country Agents to monitor disbursement of grant money to local villages and regional governments to insure that funds are used in a cost effective manner for social projects. Even though the funds come from a wide range of sources, both corporate and western governments, the UN attempts to protect from waste and abuse with special loss mediation insurance instruments through the World Bank. Any funding source that has been identified as a benefactor agency for a particular in-country project can only be compensated for 50% of the designated waste or fraud, misappropriation of funds, etc. This is an example of:

a. Debt consolidation.

b. Indemnification.

c. Underwriters remorse.

d. Speculative risk assessment.

e. Predictable loss coverage.

f. Law of large numbers.

g. Insurability shortage.

h. Subrogation.
