Scenario
A person is stopped by three police officers for the purpose of being asked questions about a crime that has just occurred int he neighborhood. The officers begin asking questions and than ask the person to move to a more isolated location in an alley and continue to ask questions. The person says that they do not know anything about the crime and begins to walk away. As the person does so, one of the officers grabs his arm to keep him from leaving.
