[1] The court in which I work had the following case: Two individuals were in a liquid manure pit located in Washington County working on a pump. For those of you who grew up in a farm community [myself included] you know that one of the byproducts of liquid manure is methane. When they attempted to start the pump, it sparked, causing an explosion, killing both workers. A lawsuit was commenced and venued in Onondaga County, where one of the defendants, Agway was located. There was a motion to change venue to Washington County. Do you think that this motion will be successful?
Please explain fully.

[2] What concerns are raised by allowing service of process by e-mail or social media.

[4] Is service of process by social media a logical extension of the earlier decision, or does it go too far?
