Is patient be either second time or third time chemo patient

Problem: Consider a group of 134 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at MD Anderson. The patients range from the first time undergoing chemo to the fourth time being a patient in chemo. Some of the patients are currently hospitalized, while others still live at home. First time chemo patients living at home are 26 and 24 in the hospital. Second time chemo patients living at home are 19 and 7 in the hospital. Third time chemo patients living at home are 8 and 35 in the hospital. Fourth time chemo patients living at home are 1 and 14 in the hospital. If you were to randomly select one cancer patient from MD Anderson to undergo an additional treatment. What is the probability that the patient would be either a second time or third time chemo patient?
