Please paraphrase: Client handed me a holdover notice which she received from C&C management, by way of Bronx Housing Court. Client stated she does not understand what the documentation is for, and receiving such documentation over the weekend caused her major anxiety. After reviewing the documentation with Gabby Gomez, Program Director (PD), CUCS staff explained to client hat the holdover notice indicates that she failed to provide Landlord with annual income certification for the year 2023. CUCS staff informed client that I would email Alexandria Gomez, of C&C, as she handles recertifications. CUCS staff will update client, once a response is received.
