Problem
In theory, all of us want a clean and sustainable environment. In practice, however, few of us are willing to give up luxuries such as air conditioning, fast fashion, or even air travel.
Is it the rich countries that have exploited their own nations and many oppressed colonies for centuries? Or is it the emerging nations who have yet to have a chance to grow rich in the destruction of forests, land, and seas?
