1. Vanbiere Your company is a small independent brewery, currently selling a range of premium priced traditional bottled beers branded as Vanbiere in your home market of Belgium. Your Managing Director has asked you, the Marketing team, to investigate the potential opportunities of selling Vanbiere in the UK market.
Your task:
• Research your industry from the perspective of a potential new entrant to the UK market
• Analyse the marketing environment and assess the potential opportunities and likely obstacles that face the company
• On the basis of the above analysis what recommendations would you make about possible marketing strategies
• The company is entirely fictitious and you should not assume that it is supposed to represent a specific company
