Program 2:
As part of your information pack, you are also asked to produce a treatment plan to meet the needs of an individual with one of your selected disorders. The individual can be a family member, friend, or someone in the media. All personal details must be changed to maintain confidentiality.
The plan must include:
- A justification of the recommendations you have made in your plan and the advantages and disadvantages of all treatment options included
- A review of any areas of the plan which will improve the options for the user of the services
- An assessment of the care needs of an individual with the disorder
- An explanation of how the plan would improve the health and wellbeing of an individual with the disorder
