HR Paper Assignment: Job Analysis / Job Description
Go to YouTube, and search for an episode of "UnderCover Boss". Imagine you are the CEO of the company in the selected episode. Write a two to three pages paper in which you:
A. Compare two job positions from the episode and perform a job analysis of each position.
B. Describe your method of collecting the information for the job analysis (i.e., one-on-one, interview, survey, etc.).
C. Create a job description from the job analysis.
D. Justify your belief that the job analysis and job description are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
