Read the article Generative Artificial Intelligence in Business: Towards a Strategic Human Resource Management Framework by Soumyadeb Chowdhury, Pawan Budhwar, and Geoffrey Wood, exploring how artificial intelligence is impacting strategic human resources and decisions made in the human resources field. Focus in on the new framework highlighted by the authors for thinking strategically:
