Issues in Assessment Interview and Paper
Write a 1,750 to 2,100 word paper discussing the issue you chose to examine.
Synthesize the information from the interview conducted earlier in the course and the knowledge you have analyzed from research regarding your issue.
Include the following in your paper:
• Complete a thorough review of the literature on the chosen issue.
• Summarize the interview. Introduce the person--allow the interviewee to remain anonymous--and the position held. Include each question asked, followed by a summary, recording, or video of the response, and your interpretation of the response.
• Conclude the paper with a summary of your findings, reflections, and insights about the issue.
• Include at least 10 sources in your paper. A minimum of five resources must be peer reviewed.
