ETHICAL DELIMMA: TO WAIT OR NOT TO WAIT FOR CHEMICAL TESTING
Your business has the opportunity to introduce a cutting-edge semiconductor chip, but you know the list of chemical dangers associated with making a chip is alarmingly long. Do you wait for years of chemical testing before you begin to manufacture the chip? Or do you move forward now?
