In a minimum of two paragraphs, with no less than five sentences in each paragraph, compare situational influences and dispositional influences and give an example of each. Explain how situational influences and dispositional influences might explain inappropriate behavior. Finally, in the context of the provided scenario, in what instances are dispositional influences overemphasized compared to situational influences (and vice versa)? And what assumption explains this?
