In every project there is always a degree of challenge in managing scope. Please define exaclty what is included in a scope document, who draws up the document , who manages the document throughout the project. The biggest challenge, as stated earlier, is that scope will change in a project. How do you as a PM indentify the changes, analyze the changes and schedule the work , if approved for the changes.
