As a nurse supervisor at the local hospital, examine what function you would use to plan for this year's influenza scare due to a vaccine shortage. Outline how would you benchmark and forecast for all circumstances.
2). Justify how you would forecast the potential needs of the community and staff- (ie supplies, education).
3). Define how you would monitor the effectiveness of your plan while also setting new goals for the next influenza season.
