Effective communication throughout a workplace is an essential ingredient to align people's efforts towards achieving goals. Yet it seems that 'communication problems' are continually mentioned as one of the main difficulties for most organisations.

Consider your organisation - Perhaps it is better to introduce a discreet issue, and then to explore the recommendations/strategies to overcome them

Format - do NOT use bullet points in your writing. This is poor writing overall and confuses the reader completely. It make your writing look like a list of "dos and don'ts" and makes it difficult for the reader to see points being extended and supported clearly. Instead use paragraphs always, and incorporate clear statements as internal headings to help the reader follow your point.

You referencing style is STILL not Harvard.

Overall, you have given a good discussion and you have used a wide variety of sources to support your ideas.

A table of content is needed once (1 per group report), so yours would not be needed.
