In book "The Leadership Challenge", you are introduced to the third and fourth of the five practices of effective leadership: challenge the process and enable others to act. According to Kouzes and Posner, leaders must search for opportunities, experiment and take risks, and foster collaboration, in order to challenge the process and enable others to act.
