Are we justified in regarding autism as solely resulting from difficulties in the social domain

Could just briefly state it (maybe saying that interventions have helped people with autism, but there is little research to suggest that this is helpful as people with autism have good rote memory. Don’t have to be like that but as long as the article is mentioned in this essay some where: could be briefly as other relevant martial that could briefly be mentioned regarding intervention.
