Problem:
Make an infographic that illustrates the three different systems of government: Unitary, Federal, and Confederal. Give a brief definition of each and demonstrate how power flows in each one, in relation to central governments versus regional governments. Give an example of a period of U.S. history in which we have seen each type of government in the United States.
You are welcome to use whatever program you like to create the infographic: Canva, Piktochart, Word, Docs, Slides, Powerpoint. Please make sure the images are clear and visible.
As the United States operates under a federal system of government, the powers are shared between the Federal and the State governments. Investigate the powers of the Federal Government and the State Government as well as the Concurrent powers (those that are shared between the two levels of government). Make an additional chart that organizes these powers to illustrate the realms of power that each of these levels of government operates and shares.
