d. Compare and contrast these representations in terms of their abilities to capture the important contributors to the accident. Be specific about how the different models reveal different things about the accident .
e. Based on these analyses, what should have been changed to avoid this accident and why? Do the different models suggest different solutions? If so what are they? The purpose of this is to see how you synthesize the modeling concepts into engineering solutions.
