Based on the case study, your team will be identifying a pressing problem at Best Lawn and Garden, Inc. and proposing an OED solution to that problem. This proposal will be submitted to senior leadership at Best Lawn and Garden as well as the executives at Behemoth, Inc. Your proposal should include the following sections:
1. Executive Summary
2. Definition of the Problem - This should include a summary, the probable cause, the current impact, and the future impact. (What will happen if the problem is not solved)?
3. Proposed Solution - This section describes the ideal future state and the OED tools that will help the company reach that state. Please see pages 307-311 in your text for types of OED interventions.
4. Implementation - The implementation section outlines how you will advance the solution across the company.
