I am looking for a short description of what you think is a major problem facing the criminal justice system right now. Assuming you were governor of Idaho, or president, what would you propose as a solution to the problem? Be sure to explain if this is a primary, secondary or tertiary crime control policy. Lastly, what kind of opposition do you think there would be to your solution?
