A. The marketing team would like to launch a project renovation of existing and construction of new residential blocks to o its clients. The marketing director is the project initiator but will require the involvement of many teams including subject matter experts.
B. This product will be made available to existing clients and new clients offered via the online web portal or by calling customer service.
C. It will require the installation of new equipment at the client site so it will require installation scheduling changes and equipment inventory monitoring and maintenance.
D. It will require adding the new product to the product database and updating the pricing table.
E. The initial budget is $300,000.
F. They want a 2-phased rollout and have communicated to clients already. The new product will be available to Ontario customers on Feb 1, 2023, and to Quebec customers on March 1, 2023.

E. Identify what human resources (roles ex. Developer) you will need from both the business side and the technical side.
F. Once resources are identified, put together a Project Org Chart.
G. Using the PMBOK 5 phases, put together a high-level project schedule.
H. On what high-level activities need to be done at each phase; ensure you include all the project phases.
I. Identify what enterprise environment factors will impact your project.
J. Identify some initial risks.
