What are your most outstanding qualities as a person? What is your most evident work ethic (work ethic refers to your attitude of determination and dedication toward one's job)?
II. VALUES ORIENTATION
Of the five core values of NIC, identify one value you can claim to have confidently developed in yourself. Explain. How were you able to develop this value? Why is it important to your career?
III. PROFESSIONAL CAREER and POTENTIAL CONTRIBUTION
Given a chance to work for this prestigious company, what would be your most outstanding contribution as a new employee? What difference would your contribution make to the company?
