It can be any company, large or small; it could be a company you admire or a company where you wish to work someday.
a) Identify three specific performance goals for the company. The goals may be financial, customer focused, or process oriented.
b) For each performance goal, establish one financial metric and one nonfinancial metric to effectively assess the company's performance and achievement of each goal.
