The all boys school Greyson graduated from was very prestigious. Greyson committed to hiring all his employees from his old high school. As a pet peeve, he would not hire anyone who wore a watch to the interview. Greyson didn't wear a watch himself and did not like watches. He also would not hire anyone over the age of 30 because the work these employees performed was work that any reasonably capable high school graduate could do.
One day James, the head of Human Resources, told Greyson that he was worried about a possible violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Greyson pointed out how diverse their workforce was, men of all different races and religious were hired. Greyson said that their diversity proved that there was not any plan or intention to discriminate against anyone, so there was no possible violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
