Many organizations have used an outsourcing strategy to save on labor costs, minimize litigation concerns, and to screen employees before making a permanent hire.
In this discussion, utilizing your organization or one you are familiar with:
a) Identify the selected organization's outsourcing options.
b) Determine appropriate human resource functions, if any, that can be outsourced. Explain why these functions can be outsourced.
c) Identify some of the outsourcing practices used by other organizations in your company's selected industry.
