Problem
I. Find two peer-reviewed articles that involves both qualitative and quantitative research methods relevant to Personnel Management. Provide sources
II. Identify the research approach (method) used in each of the articles. Describe this in enough detail that the design is clear (at least one paragraph). Compare and contrast both methods' approaches in terms of the problem and purpose statements, research questions, sampling, data collection and analysis procedures, etc.
III. Explain how both articles are similar/different and how they can be useful for your future Literature Review.
