Identify the future trends in technology and their impact on the accounting profession. Identify the emerging/future trends in technology. Include how these trends will affect the way that accounting is performed and how they might affect the accounting profession. Make sure to describe how the skills of the accountant will need to change, if at all. Include a brief description of the way that the daily activities of the accountant might be different from what they are today - what will the accountant do in the future that he/she is not typically doing today.
