Choose a specific company for your Strategic Research. Assume that you are an employee of that company and its management has recently opened a Strategic Management Research competition for everyone.
A. What recent changes or challenges have the company encountered. These might be about changes/challenges in management, government policies, environmental regulations, etc. Explain the impact of these changes/challenges to the company.
B. For strategy implementation. Suggest strategies to prepare the company on the said changes/ challenges you mentioned above. Specify the type of strategies you will do & explain how you intend to overcome possible challenges to implementation.
C. For strategy evaluation. Explain how you intend to evaluate the success of your strategic plan.
