For this milestone activity, you will submit this completed worksheet in which you will outline and identify the elements below regarding your chosen local environmental issue. You may use the information from the Module One journal assignment. Be sure to integrate any feedback you received from your instructor on the journal assignment.
NOTE: Refer to your module resources as well as additional resources you identify for information to help you answer the questions below. Remember that you will need to use current APA style guidelines for your citations and reference list in the final project submission. You will note that each question in the worksheet has you track your citations.

For your Module One journal assignment, you will need to choose an environmental issue for your final project. You may find ideas from the textbook, from mainstream media, or from the list below.

Personal Impact: You drink water and use it for cooking
Example Local Problem: Agricultural waste in ground or surface waters

Personal Impact: Water is getting more expensive or local ordinances against watering lawns
Example Local Problem: Local river dries up due to overuse, which impacts wildlife as well as human recreational activities

Personal Impact: Fresh fruits and vegetables are more expensive than processed food
Example Local Problem: Obese population or increase in type 2 diabetes
Larger Issue: Biodiversity loss
Personal Impact: Less wildlife in neighborhood, local parks, and preserves
Example Local Problem: Local species listed as endangered or extinct
