• Identify effective leadership traits. Search for 10 business leaders who exemplify the selected leadership traits. Identify the company and job title for each business leader. Include a description of how the leader exemplifies the leadership trait. Describe if the leadership trait inspires followership and why.
• Provide a 500 word summary that further explains your leadership philosophy based on leadership models and theories of your choosing. What will be your leadership style? Which traits do you believe will inspire others? What qualities do you believe will foster effective leadership?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
