He has a strong family history of cardiovascular disease and has been diagnosed with high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes. He has been advised to alter his lifestyle to lower his chance of acquiring cardiovascular disease by eating a balanced diet and exercising often. However, he is not sure how to go about making these lifestyle changes or how to stick to them. He has expressed a desire to make these lifestyle changes and maintain good health to prevent the onset of cardiovascular disease.
