Discussion Post: Current Event- Employment Law
Identify, summarize and critique a current event article relating to Employment Law (no more than 6 months old). Select an article that addresses what is happening in one of the many current legal issues within the employment arena. A wide variety of sources are acceptable but should be a reputable business source such as HR Magazine, SHRM, Forbes, Fortune, The Economist. Describe the issue being addressed and provide.
Identify the source, provide a brief summary, its actual or potential consequences to businesses and their employees. and a personal critique of how it relates to HR practices. Post your current event discussion to Canvas. It should be at a minimum of 1000 words (quotations and references do not count toward the minimum requirement) and include the full reference.)
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
