Discussion Post: Creating Psychological Safety
In Chapter 16 of the text, Schein outlines eight steps necessary to create "psychological safety for organizational members who are undergoing transformational learning." (p.323). Suppose you are a manager assigned with implementing these eight steps. Identify one practical action you would implement for each of the eight steps.
