Discussion Post: Culture Change Mechanisms
Discuss a relevant professional example that illustrates one of the culture change mechanisms described in Chapter 16 of the text Schein, 2016. Describe how the mechanism was implemented, whether or not it was successful in changing the organizational culture, and why or why not.
