Each of us has a "moral compass" - a set of moral beliefs we use to guide our choices in ethical situations. When we apply critical thinking to ethics, we can improve our moral compass and build a strong, ethical core to guide us. One tool to use is from your textbook is the Thinker's Guide to Moral Decision Making, which includes 9 strategies for making ethical decisions.
i. Identify one of the 9 strategies that stood out to you and explain why you feel it is important.
ii. Provide an example of how you can include the strategy you identified in your life.
iii. Why do you think so many employers seek employees with strong ethical reasoning abilities?
