Task I: Choose any TWO from the following list, document the role of enzymes in the production of, or as active ingredients in, these products:
i. Dietary supplements that combat intestinal gas (Beano, for example)
ii. Laundry detergents (those with added enzymes)
iii. Denim jeans (stonewashed)
Task II: Identify one enzyme that is used in pharmaceutical industry or having therapeutic application. Explain what this enzyme does and why it is beneficial in the application.
